At Northwest Osteopathy & Pelvic Health, we take the time to understand you as a whole person. Our approach goes beyond treating symptoms — we look at how your body moves, how you live, and what matters most to your wellbeing.
Located in the heart of Airport West, we offer a welcoming, unhurried environment where you can feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in your health journey.
We work with people of all ages and backgrounds — whether you're managing ongoing discomfort, recovering from injury, or navigating pregnancy and postpartum life.
Our primary practitioner Dr. Sezen Gul brings warmth, clinical skill, and genuine curiosity to every appointment.
B.Hsci., B.App.Sc. (Osteo)
Since graduating, Sezen has worked across a variety of Melbourne clinics, including sports medicine, physiotherapy-led, and osteopathic practices. In these settings, she has treated a broad range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, including conditions affecting beach volleyball, football and soccer players.
Working with patients from diverse backgrounds and across different stages of life helped her discover a particular passion for women's health, pregnancy, postnatal and the treatment of babies and children. Experience across multiple clinical environments has given her extensive clinical exposure and a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Sezen has completed further studies in women’s health, with a focus on pre and post natal care, birth preparation, pelvic health and paediatric care. She supports patients experiencing incontinence, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction as well as reflux, oral ties, digestive issues, irritability, plagiocephaly and torticollis.
She is skilled in internal pelvic release techniques, dry needling, visceral manipulation, joint articulation and manipulation, massage and cupping, biodynamic and cranial treatments. In addition to osteopathy, Sezen is a certified Clinical Pilates instructor who enjoys incorporating movement and strength into treatment programs to provide a more active and holistic approach to care.
